Recurrent lumbar disc herniation is a frequent cause of persistent pain following spinal surgery. This case highlights the benefits of a modern, minimally invasive approach in treating this complex pathology. The patient is an active 35-year-old male from Bucharest with a history of lumbar surgery, who experienced a successful recovery with the ULTRA minimally invasive technique.

Cervical spondylosis is one of the most common causes of progressive spinal cord impairment in patients over 50. The main challenge is not the lack of treatment, but the delay in diagnosis, as initial symptoms are often subtle and attributed to the normal aging process. Patients frequently describe difficulties with fine motor activities, dropping objects, or a sensation of weakness in the limbs.

Cervical spondylosis is a common degenerative condition that can cause spinal cord compression and progressive neurological deterioration. In many cases, initial symptoms are subtle and can easily be overlooked, especially in professionally active patients who adapt their activities without realizing the progression of the disease. We present the case of a 64-year-old female patient successfully treated with minimally invasive cervical surgery.
